Tutorial: Install Windows 10 Anniversary Update on a Kimsufi, Online.net or OVH Server

install windows 10 on kumsufi, soyoustart, ovh, online.net

Recently Microsoft has released the Anniversary Update for Windows 10, so I made a new template for Kimsuf, Online.net and OVH Servers. Install instructions are the same as my other Windows templates. The email which will be send to you will also include the steps to get Windows installed on your server.

If this template does not work on your server, please send me an email at proconz [at] protonmail.ch with the network card information of the server you’re trying to install it on.

If you’re wondering how to install these on your server, just follow the instructions below.

First of all disable monitoring, once disabled, boot into rescue mode (netboot) from the Kimsufi control panel. Wait a few minutes and an email will show up in your inbox with the details (username and password) of the rescue system.
Login at the rescue system using PuTTy (or your favorite SSH client) and follow the following steps.

Windows 10 Pro Anniversary Update:

wget -O- 'https://mirror.joodle.nl/WS10Pro-Joodle-Template.gz' | gunzip | dd of=/dev/sda

You will need the following username and password to login using RDP (Remote Desktop).

Username: Admin
Password: Password147
